i can't move a muscle, and i can't...

uber tiredness.even after i have slept for straight 9 hours and not waking up.

TAHAN GRADUATION 09
traditional push-ups at CP.34 is the number.

for me Graduation was stoning at Farrer,and at school thereafter.helped out in the stock book listing,other than that did not do anything much.at last the ceremony was rather interesting.a group of laolaos came back and we all viewed the ceremony together.in the end it ended on a happy note.

"3FOURTITUDE" <3<3<3>I HAVE OFFICIALLY NOTHING TO DO WITH TAHAN.but i am still unofficially connected to TAHAN.

the completion of 100km is reli a great feeling.its not something that great, 100km may even seems like nothing to some people, but the level of satisfaction to have completed it is INDESCRRIBABLE-LY amazing.

1st half of the journey was smooth-sailing for me.no weariness,no tiredness.was comfortable and paced with the team.it was till when i reached Jurong East that i got all the cramps.by then we have only completed 50+km, only half the journey.after the 1st cramp i got,i felt so f***ed-up.the feeling is so lousy when u are having cramps and cant catch up with the rest when u noe u are already on max speed and cant move any more faster because that's all that u can do.and.and.i went pass my condo,how nice it would be to just cycle home and sleep.rite!after then i lagged all the way there.after the McD stop at Bukit Batok,i was,for many of the times,on my own.i was no longer with the team anymore.cramps are f***ed-up.

this epic scene happened.while on the road in Orchard i was bearing all the way, untill i reached Dhoby Gaut.was trying to beat the red light so i used power and chiong faster but that was when my 2nd cramp started.i was screaming while my bike was on high speed.on the left of me was the ISTANA, i pressed on the break cycled into it and fell.and.screamed.now is the epic part.in seconds,the ISTANA porch lights were lited up,and security guards in the ISTANA were looking out and seeing what actually happened.they must have thought a intrusion was going to happen.omg.i was laughing,and screaming,and reli dunno how to feel when its painful and hilarious at the same time.what a weird feeling.

after that i kept telling myself to not give up.in many uncountable ways i pushed myself.even if it was cycling so damn slowly that i can run with that kind of speed and i just kept cycling and cycle,cycle,cycle.till i cycled my way there.and FINALLY.after all the signing-out thing.i dropped dead on the floor.

i had cramps, cramps,cramps,cramps, 4 times of cramps,i held on.
i was slow cox of weariness and cramps ,i pressed on.
i was dragging the team in terms of speed,i beared with it.
i did not give up.i pulled through.
i made it, i made it eventually...

this is one of the most tired activity i have ever had.one of those imba-chiongness wearing people out inside out upside down stuff.

the experience i had was special.
the achievement i made was not just something.
but the learning i got is fantastic.

what a day.oh i mean what a 2-days experience.
